So this morning we do some more outreach and preaching to the Chenchu tribals in our church plant area of Venigandla (about to upload video). One dear lady, Subamma, who I told you on Sunday was praying while I was preaching -- told us today that she wants to be baptized. We inspected her house for idols and she told us she has removed them all. I told her that all the Hindus gods, Venkateswara, Ganesh, Hanuman, Tirumala, Shirdi Sai Baba, are only devils that want to destroy her soul and that she must never visit those temples again. She told us she was possessed by a devil two years ago. Her husband is a hunter (typical occupation of Chenchu tribals). She is slated to be baptized on Sunday. We were also able to bless when poor blind man (painfully conscious of not letting your left hand know what your right hand does, but I want you to know how your supports works to help here in India) and confirm the souls of the disciples here. We plan on bringing in the projector tonight to watch a gospel film in the village... "I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that was not called by[a] my name." Isaiah 65:1
