So this morning went to mens breakfast at church...good food..good fellowship...good word from Book of Job....did I mention they had BACON!..Appropriate message from Job...what would you do if you lost everything...your wealth...your children...your health...your friends question your integrity...your wife..tells you to curse God and die! Would you ask God why? Would you walk a from your Faith...or would you say, the Giveth and The Lord Taketh away...Blessed be the name of the Lord. Tough one...not easy to think about these things..We had pray time at the end of message...we lifted a Woman and her family..that just has been diagnosed with breast cancer..a man who had recent surgery and is rehabing at home...found out he has mersa infection..and a young man going to school full time that cant work because of a injury...lots of different trials...all affecting these people and those around them...We all live our lives in this world...with its challenges...and tribulations..some small....big...some enormous...Our God heres our every prayer..He cares for our every need....He will walk with us in the midst of the darkness that surrounds us...Sometimes he will deliver us completly from adversity in which we face...sometimes he will simply hold us tenderly and whisper in our ear...child I am here...beloved I am here always...I have prepared a place for you..be still and know that I am God...I am in control...be at Peace..Rest....Trust in me....keep your eyes on me...believe in me..I know its tough but lets all say it together "Blessed be the name of the Lord" Amen! Hope you all have a Safe and Blessed Day!
