So this newest plan from House Republicans is exactly what the Senate democrats want except for one key thing... It removes the part of Affordable Care Act that allows Congress to be mostly exempt from participating in government health care. This plan is not even out yet and there is a lot of rhetoric about how the US is being held hostage and the democrat controlled senate is saying they will not budge at all. Is there one American who is in support of allowing our Congress to be exempt from a law that the rest of us are required to abide by? Why should Congress not abide by the law of the land? No matter what side of the aisle you are on, you must see that there is something wrong here. If ever the government wants to enact a law that everyone must abide but themselves, this should be a warning sign. Furthermore, if the senate is willing to default on our debt and hurt our economy because they want to be exempt from a law they enacted we should probably fire them. Unfair treatment by people with power over others is called tyranny, look it up!
