So this older man just walked into the bus shelter, and so I stood up so he could sit down. And he said okay now everybody flap your arms and stomp around to get the heat going on here. I laughed and smiled politely and then continued reading my book. He then said, see, these young f***ers dont listen to us anymore. No respect. I have a lot of issues with older calling me disrespectful, especially after Ive stood up so they could sit. Hes continuing to ramble about how my generation is garbage etc etc. Ive had a lot of issues with older people telling me personally that Im disrespectful after doing nice things for them, to which they respond by being quite rude and aggressive. And Im sick of it. If somebody thinks they can be an asshole I will be calling them out, regardless of their age. To the kind people of that generation, thanks for being awesome, and for saying thank you when I give you my seat on the bus, rather than yelling at me!
