So this one neighbor on the end was pouring water behind the wall that fell on me before i showed up to work on it and its not his wall. The wall connected to it is also falli.g down in front of his house but still not his wall and as ive been workin on my wall hes been digging behind the pther wall. Today i show up and he removed block from the other wall and ended up k.ocking my block out before the mortar could set up. So i had to redo what i already did. I swear this guy is on my last nerve if i have to come back after todat im pushing his house over the hill with my dump truck
