So this past Sunday was my 1 year anniversary since starting Crossfit. Here is a list of some things I have accomplished since I began. Rope Climb Double Unders (100 in 3:20) Run 5k (27:23) Tire flip Burpees Squat with proper form Unassisted Situps Pull up with band assistance Pushups from the knees Kick up to the wall into a handstand 95lb. Overhead Squat 225lb. Deadlift 155lb. Front Squat Ran Spartan Race Next year I hope to look back at this post and have all new accomplishments and improvements on these.
