So this week, I have forced myself to run for 30 mins twice and did weights once, have talked to my GP and seen a psych, have scoffed a tub of deluxe ice cream and some excellent Green and Blacks chocolate... have lost myself in some work and tried to stay mindful when doing washing/cooking/driving... have managed to get back to sleep at 5am after being awake for a few hours twice.... Its been mental health first aid week at my house... do you have any top tips on coping with stress? Will it all get better next week??
