So this weekend I had to help a friend move to Missouri and on Sunday while helping move a box I missed my step and fell down and twisted my knee, so it has been swollen and hurting like crazy since then, after a 12 hour drive home yesterday I went to the Dr. today and I have a small tear in my knee, so it is time to stay off it, wear a knee brace, ice and crutches until the swelling goes down, hopefully it will get better if not then time for MRI and maybe surger, but on the up side my hand is all better. lol

My only negative post for the day.... So you mean to tell me
