So this year new year there are 3 personal health things I really want to focus on: 1. Diet. I really want to be disciplined in what I eat. I have HORRIBLE munchie habits I need to curb if I really want the body I desire. 2. Endurance. I used to run a 6 and 1/2 minute mile back in the Army. I want to get back to that. I will return to that. 3. Conditioning. As I prepare to return to Arizona in a couple of weeks to finish my next 3 albums, I will have access to a great martial arts mind and training network. I will use this to condition myself to peak body, mind, and discipline. What are YOUR fitness goals for the next year?
