So those who saw the small quiz I posted yesterday- You may know of Ferran Adria and him being the GOD of modern cooking. What you may not know is that ever since he closed El Bulli and gone into education, his brother Albert Adria has kept his torch burning through their 5 restaurants in Barcelona. The one that employs and serves many of the dishes from EL BULLI is known as the Tickets. Indian vegetarian population however is usually in a dilemma when it comes to visit these restaurants as they are not sure of their vegetarian offerings. I contacted them and explained this and the brothers curated a special vegetarian tasting menu for us which lasted 4 hours. The interview with Albert and the restaurant reviews are coming up soon on IFF...stay tuned to be blown away on all the vegetarian wonders that were created by the geniuses for us !!!
