So, to all of my friends and fellow MST brothers... Today Ruth Moore goes down in history. The VA in an unprecedented conference call admitted they made a clear and undeniable error in my case 21 years ago. Yes, they are fiscally responsible and will make a 21 year retro active payment. What this means is: 1) they have admitted they made a CUE in MST cases. 2) they are fixing their error 3) they apologized AND 4) MY MST BROTHERS AND SISTERS NOW HAVE A LANDMARK PRECEDENT TO FIGHT THEIR CASES!!!!! Love to all!
