So to make an extremely Long story short, the woman helping me for the past two days was a new associate. Because she wasnt allowed to print my balance she could only write what the balance of my military star card was on a piece of paper. However, what she thought was my balance was actually my availability limit on my card. Im not in debt and my card was not compromised. My star card is actually completely paid off now and the associate apologized for giving me a heart attack and having to go through an investigation to realize that Im not in debt like she said... Thank. The. Lord.
