So to update everyone, I had the surgery on Monday and it seemed to go well, But none of the problems have gone away, they came back 3 days later with a vengeance.. and now I go in for a consultation tomorrow for exploratory surgery. which will end up in a full hysterectomy... In the mean time I have done a bunch of research and for women UNDER 40 it is not a recommended form of fixing any of the problems that I have been having.. So Keep fingers, toes and eyes crossed..
