So today Avagrace and I went to the capitol to be a part of a discussion on the laws in Oklahoma in regards to Marijuana and the possibilities and what is needed to bring Charlottes Web, a THC FREE form of marijuana from Colorado to Oklahoma. This strain has been a miracle drug and has stopped seizures in kids like Avagrace. I was able to meet the folks from the realm of caring. A long time sister in parenting a child with this disorder Mallory Jo Johnson, and be with some of my friends from HopeLink. During the meeting Avagrace had 17 seizures, she needed to rounds of rescue meds, and was on Oxygen, all in front of the CNN cameras. BUT IT WAS A VERY GOOD DAY! We are put on this earth for different things at different times, and this was certainly one of the reasons that I am here.
