So, today I asked why Soety hasnt gotten any more math homework && I was told that they wait until every student finishes their packets before they assign another one. They dont have a due date for their work. My kid keeps begging me to make her worksheets because she loves loves LOVES doing math work. & I know its only 1st grade and I might be overreacting, but it irritates me that they are not allowing Soety to continue her work at her own pace. Not trying to insult the kid that hasnt finished his packet, but I feel like Soety could be learning so much more than what she is given a chance to learn & she really wants to do the work. Its been a week and a half since the last packet was given out...I wonder how long it will be before we get another one.
