So today I came to the realisation that for the last week I have been intensely tuning into the conflict issues that seem to be playing out around the world and processing them deeply within. I dont really keep up to date hidden away here in Bali, no TV news, just see the odd thing pass by on facebook, so I had not clued into the fact I was processing collectively. It has been a week of sadness, intense internal pressure (like I am going to explode), anger, grief, heart pain... I was wondering what on Earth I was clearing, and certainly I was able to identify a few things I want to shift in my reality and take responsibility for them.... but today this epiphany that it was less about me and more about humanity and our Mother Earth - has bought tears and a sense of relief (to understand the source) and much much prayer and singing. I send love to all my peers who are likewise feeling the energy of humanity at this time (we are all one, we cant hide from such collective energy - just hold space and light)...Has anyone else been experiencing these things??
