So today I had a customer cancel their appointment with me because they didnt like the fact that I work from home. And its really not a smart idea to meet up in a public place anymore for liability reasons. Plus someone walking in with the big black toolbox usually doesnt look too good to the business owner. Personally the location you work out of doesnt give you credibility its the work that gives you credibility. And not to blow my own horn but I have a major TV station a sports team, two schools and a furniture store that exclusively use me to do the repairs. But the day will be coming very soon that I will have a physical location to work out of if you all know where the polo building is in Mentor I will be working at an office out of there.. It seems like everybody is jumping on the bandwagon starting a repair business and good thing I have a three-year a head start on all of them. Plus competition is good it makes me look that much better!!
