So today Im on my way to Kingston.. Im totally fed up with people dumping garbage on the side of John Carle Road, or any road for that matter. I see this woman with full white garbage bags next to her car. I look in my rear view and shes tossing the full garbage bag into the woods right off the road!! I whip my car around and pull in front of her. I tell her she better not leave that there. She says she will get it and pulls away. I follow her until she turns around. While shes turning I get her plate number and she rolls down her window and says, Its a rental! WTF is wrong with people!!!!!!! If I had time I wouldve followed that POS. Keep your eyes out for a brand new white Nissan sedan with license plate out of state 713 ya6... Blonde middle age doucheeeee bag behind the wheel!!!!
