So today Virginia Woods and I decided that because of a great opportunity we will be moving to Kazanistan. The company I worked for called today and they have a multi million dollar account that they would like for me and Virginia to oversee. The opportunity is once in a life time opportunity but will require significant changes on our part. We both will have to convert to Muslim order, requiring Virginia to wear a Burcha (which she does not like but will stream line her morning routine). We will of course have to commute back and forth weekly as Virginia refuses to move entirely because of her mom. Besides there is no McDonalds there so she will miss that. I will have to learn several languages and find that it will require a significant change on my part as I can barely spell English moss of the time. In addition we will have to change our phone numbers, no Verizon in this part of the world. This was a real issue with V as she has had the same phone number for 20 years but I was able to convince her. But she liked the fact her new number would be 20+ characters long and has chosen the birth dates of all grandchildren so it would be easy to remember. In any case we will be selling most of our items, and returning our vehicles under lease as we cannot take them with us as the steering wheels are on the wrong side. The sell will take place Thursday morning between 10 AM and 1 PM, lots of electronics… 6 Computers all custom made. Lots of Osmond memorabilia. We need to be there no later than April 10, which means I will need to cancel my next Dentist appointment… We love all of you and will be sending some gifts back, mostly third world crap but it’s the thought that counts right….See you around and hope you have a wonderful April.
