So today...after 4 weeks....Tinkerbell has returned to the - TopicsExpress

So today...after 4 weeks....Tinkerbell has returned to the farm...she has a new bed and blankets made up in the garage (im sure she is missing the heater though) and is on a no work order for a while yet...I just wanted to publicly thank the amazing staff at Naracoorte and Penola Veterinary Centres who have done a wonderful job...James Callaghan is a great vet who coped with the hiccups she threw at him during the first trip under anaesthetic and then his difficult work with the following two surgeries...he has kept us well and truly in the loop and has been fabulous with his day to day assessment of what the situation was each day and was ready to make changes when the need arose...I would also like to thank all the other staff who were involved in her surgery and before and after care at both clinics...Tony, Paula, Kylie, Deanne, Rachael, Rebecca...oh dear...I hope I havent forgotten anyone...The massive positive that has come out of all this is that Tinkerbell has become such a friendly dog who loves all people and has made great friends with all the clinic dogs and other patients...now everyone cross their fingers that things keep going in a positive direction...
