So today and tomorrow I cook for the week. All low to no carb, heres the plan: tri tip (my special rub), prime rib, beef cauliflower hash (a new request!), meatloaf, and another beer can chicken! Asian meatballs for lunch and a new spin on the old pinwheel, I use all meat and thinly sliced tomatoes, spinach, and cucumber with horseradish cream cheese spread. Freakin yum! Softball is taking a chunk out of my evenings, so this is the fastest way to stay healthy all season long!
