So today has been a difficult day. I want to thank everyone for the messages. To not have to explain things over and over again, it would just be easier to just explain in a post. A everyone here should be familiar with Robin Williams who ended his own life a few weeks ago. He had battled life long depression. I myself have a condition most people are familiar with a Bipolar 1 Disorder. Most days I am fine and can move along quite well as anyone else does, Then there are days that just absolutely suck, today being one of them. I ended up at the Travis Air Force Base ER then I was sent to the Mather Hospital Behavioral Health Department in Sacramento.
