So today, many media outlets released reports that the FBI has released an awareness bulletin. They are reporting that this bulletin advises veterans and or current service members to scrub social media sites of any existence and or relationships to past, present or future military actions or service based off threats from ISIS and a suppossed feared retaliation. The warning goes on to list multiple things or actions to look for and report. So to that - I have this to say: 1. I will not hide 2. I will not unfriend family or friends 3. I will not live in fear because of real, perceived or fabricated threats 4. I will not allow terrorists, foreign or domestic - to impact me or my lifestyle. 5. I will not allow the fabrication of fear to steer my activities, lifestyle, job or happiness I have served this country since 1982 as a soldier, a contractor and a government employee. I will not stop serving, and I will not cower in fear.
