So today started out ok, but then turned carp o y all in the same minute. I was told this morning that my main furnace has a major part broken and is emitting carbon monoxide into my home. The main furnace is no longer made and parts cannot be found for it. So now my furnace has been condemned. There are programs out there to help people to get new furnaces, but the house is not in my name. I bought it on contract. I cannot get help unless the deed is in my name at the assessors office. Well I cant get a loan because of my debt to income ratio and that is because of my student loans. My family needs prayers and help finding a gas wall unit of at least 65,000 BTU to replace the broken one. I cant pay a lit, but I can do anything to repay. If you know of anything please let me know.
