So today was a new day that bought lots of news...Im dogless...yuppers...which bringse to the news..I am happy to say that Blanche has found her forever home & she didnt have to look far...Blanche will be staying with &being adopted by...Im sure it comes as no surprise...The fella!...yuppers Blanche & the fella are going to live happily ever after :) which is awesome because I will get to see her all the time...her new name is Little...but this news along w Betty getting her home yesterday leaves me dogless..so I went to meet a couple of old gray muzzled men today,keeping in my promise to Loni & help the seniors. One old man had a little bit of sas & a figure that couldnt be ignored...When we went on a walk he did his business the looked at me...I bent down to pet him...& like a big tractor trailor, he backed dat ass up & parked it right beside me. He then smiled at me ...which was when I noticed his eye...One eye has what I learned is possible KCS along with cornea scaring..pretty much means dry eye & he doesnt make enough tears for his eye....he will get eye drops 2/3 times a day for..& his cornea scaring just means his vision is for from 20/20 lol...As a contact wearer who has dry eyes herself,I can relate. He is 10 years old...and has a heart the size of his waist line. I wont say what breed he is yet...nor am I posting full body pictures because I want yall to fall for his sweet face & soulful (but sarcastic..very sarcastic) eyes..not for his waistline..that will all be revealed tomorrow when I pick him up from the pound :) he is starting his transformation tomorrow &will be living w me..& hopefully staying w me permanently...he & I hope once settled, we can offer a warm bed & a foster home for future seniors & carry on the loni legacy :)....but enough sappy stuff...His na me now is horrible...so i need suggestions for his new name....which excitement &pride....I introduced my new boy! #loveyoulotsloni #adoptaseniordog
