So today we had Thanksgiving at my Aunt Paulines. Yes I meant Thanksgiving. My family over the years had been shaken and stirred to its core. Lots of reasons. Same as everybody else just with different faces and names. Same family stuff. So today I was nervous. All of us together...after a two year break....then it happened...out of the ruble came laughter....talking ....hugging smiles...I thought I had fallen down the rabbit hole but it was happening my family our family we were being a family. I told Carolyn Williams and Angela Short and one point...I am having a great time. They agreed then I asked George Anthony.........are you having fun?.....Yes actually I am he answered. He even helped hide Easter eggs. The sun was out the sky was blue and there we all were having a great time. We tried to leave once and my Aunt Pauline pouted so back we went for MORE. No rush to the door no fake exit lines...actually wanted to stay. So when I call this Thanksgiving I mean it. My friends, my son, my family ...today was perfect and I want seconds!!!
