So today we negotiated an inspection addendum, worked with 2 new buyers, edited some checklists, worked with a contractor, worked with an electrician, helped set up a carpet installation, spent time texting with a former client (now friend) about helping at an animal rescue, got my photo taken with a former foster dog (Alice of Cumberland) and her permanent family for the pet of the month at her vets office, begged a current buyer to take me to the beach with them, had my assistant get to work on my sign room, worked with an investor on an REO property, updated a monthly mailer for free ice cream, spoke with an agent friend in CA, set up a showing for tomorrow, set up a showing for Saturday, got a call saying an offer was coming in on a listing, and generally had an awesome day. So what does your agent do?
