So tomorrow is my last day with the credit union. Its been three years, and Ive learned so much. Having worked on many systems and seen many aspects of the IT admin life, Ive truly been blessed with an opportunity many college graduates dont even find for years. I thank God for bringing me to this place and directing my steps as I move to the next step in my life & career. (And the Lord knows Ive dealt with my share of silliness and nonsense over the past 3 years…) Having that said, Im going to be unemployed for a period of time. Lifes amenities wont be taken for granted. I may have to use 87 octane fuel in my S10, take Agapé Boarding School-length showers, and conserve razor blades. But, after two days, I will be starting this new job thing… Thats right! Im starting Monday with a new company, as a Production Support Analyst, where Ill be dealing with such corporate concepts as change management and ITIL in a much larger environment than Ive ever been exposed to before. Im stoked. And excited. And terrified. And excited. Ill miss the friends Ive made at the credit union, and I wish you all good success!
