So, tomorrow is the day my landlord has to go to court for not doing all the stuff he was ordered to do around here. His deadline was way back on June 13, so I dont think the judge is going to be looking to favorably at him given that he not only didnt hit the deadline, but continued to do virtually nothing for another month and a half even he after he got the court summons. The landlord is pretty stupid, and he brought all of this on himself. If he had just done the couple things I was asking be done, I wouldnt have sicced the code enforcer on him, but once I did that, the code enforcer cited him for every single violation he could find, even ones that I didnt really care about.
