So tomorrow marks 2 weeks with no running, for any runner injuries are disappointing and frustrating, I have a trapped nerve in my back which is referring pain to my leg which is really painful, I find it uncomfortable to walk never mind run. I decided not to travel to this week ends Ultra Skymarathon Madeira which is very disappointing, this year its the first edition of the race, it looks amazing, the race is 59km 3500m, hopefully Ill be able to race in 2015. Im hoping Ill be up and running in the next week or two so I can concert rate on the rest of the season. Thanks to João Canning for all his help and understanding.
