So tonight I set the table & loosened the screw top on the manischevitz – I wanted to give it sometime to breathe! I opened a few cans of chicken soup [recycle goes out in the morning so the evidence will be far gone], defrosted the matzo balls from last pesach [scraped off the icicles first – DUH!] that I never used & opened a few bags of frozen carrots & celery [again, recycle of the plastic bags goes out in the morn]. Adding water was easy – except when I turned on the hand held faucet & didn’t have the handle over the pot! It’s only water – no worries! I invited my entire fam & made sure I called my mom first since she has to do all the shopping, cooking & slaving over the stove. There is just one minor detail from this evening’s preparation, I started with ten fingernails & now I only have nine. Sha na na na to you – may 5775 bring us all peace & continued good health. Xo g
