So, tracking everything with myfitness pal app is awesome. I recognize that my diet is low in potassium, so am trying to eat foods that contain more, but still cant seem to get enough to satisfy daily nutritional requirements! Did you know that low potassium causes low blood pressure (which I have), chronic muscle fatigue (which I have had on occassion), severe depression, anxiety, and all sorts of other mental disorders? Who knew. Now, Im not depressed or anxious but trying to get back in balance with life, and nutrition is #1 first starting place. Potassium also impacts the alkalinity in your body and opposes the effects of sodium! Learned something new today!
