So true . . . not many give the time to talk to someone they dont even know, let alone share their food with them. Yesterday we had a picnic at the Senators game with my husbands co-workers and there was a group from the Knights of Columbus there as well. When they did their raffle for Senators hats, there was a woman that was clearly upset that she didnt get one and said it wasnt FAIR! When we did our raffle, there were two winners that we didnt know and I asked our worker if she didnt find the rightful winners to give one to this woman, who was a special needs/mental patient, just to cheer her up and give her something she would cherish like no one else would. To our surprise, one of Lobars employees, won or caught a t-shirt that was thrown into the stands and instead of keeping it for himself, gave it to this woman. There are truely some good people out there, you are just not looking hard enough.
