So two months ago Christopher Bates started a 60 day challenge and this was my results. I lost 12 lbs and ton of inches off my waist and I can feel the difference in my body. Even though, I had great results I want to keep pushing that. Now that the challenge is over Im doing behavior that Im sure will keep me from gaining, but I want to keep pushing myself to the next level. To that end Im going to do my own 30 day challenge starting on Monday. (I thought about waiting til the end of the holidays but realized if I wait, Ill just always put it off.) For 30 days I will: Journal my activity level and food intake through my fitness pal. increase the number of days in the gym from 1 day to 3 days a week continue to my swimming 4 days a week and my tue/thursday runs. I will step outside of my comfort zone and add a new activity into my routine. I find it easier if I have people either monitoring my success or taking the journey with me. If you want to monitor my success get on my fitness pal and friend me youll be able my daily diary. Better yet if you want to join me get on my fitness pal and friend me so I can see you diary and message me and we will talk about your fitness goals and what will work best for you. When I first started this journey less then a year ago I could barely jog down to the end of the park and back. Now Im training for a 5k run. you dont have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
