So, two of my nephews have been with me most of the day. Before I dropped them off, I stopped by the church to replenish my battery supply. As we entered the church, my youngest nephew, who is seven years old said, Uncle Cederick, lets have a little service. Perhaps if I wasnt a Jesus fanatic, I would have said, Boy, no. We going home. But you all know I love Jesus! So I said, Sure. Once I changed the batteries, We went through a full service. My youngest nephew did a decent job on the drums too. We even managed to raise thirty cents at offering time. (Thats right! David said that he would not dare come before the presence of God empty-handed. You all got something to give even if it is a penny! No excuses! Give and it shall be given!) I preached from Ephesians 6:1-4, NLT. Afterward, we prayed and got ready to leave. My youngest then nephew broke down and started crying. When questioned, he said, I feel God and it feels good. I then asked him the most important question. Do you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. He said, Yes. We prayed and we believe through faith that today God started his life all over again. I see now why he cried when I was refusing to let him stay with me too. (These boys are a handful. Hats off to my sister and brother-in-law.) I see now that tonight was his night. Lesson: 1. Listen to the cries of the souls. 2. Take every soul and ministry moment seriously. 3. Give God all the glory! Fresh Wind! Fresh Fire! Breathe! HALLELUJAH!
