So u have to scan ur ID to get in the bldg at work and ur told over and over not to hold the door for anyone due to security. Well this person, one of the higher ups is standing there this morning searching for her ID and as I walk up asks if my card is easily accessible, sure no problem. She has her hands full so I swipe the ID and hold open the door. No smile, no thank u, nothing. Just stayed with me all day. Later in the day passed her in the hallway and she looks away. God created us all equal, so why do people act that way? Bigger question is why do I let someone take away the small piece of serenity that I have and let it bother me all day? Sorry needed to rant.
