So uh yeah this is the second video Ive seen like this. My question is this legal? Can the they force entry into your house? Ive heard of being detained but as far as I know they let you know they are detaining you for their safety which is understandable. Should this officer gone a different route? Please weigh in if you have some knowledge about situations like this. Oh and my other question if you are being unlawfully detained can you fight back especially if you feel your life is being threatened?
