So unfortunately I have to lay down a few rules most of them may seem like common sense but I have come across these probs at one time or another Im not singling any one person out so please dont jump back at me or make any detractors comments this is my page which I can run as I see fit so things run smoothly and our little group just last week alone had added over 100 people yay!!! First of all this is a business yes I work almost 7 days a weeks sometimes 10-12 hours a day this is how I support my family please dont try and negotiate prices with me. I pay for furniture (sometimes they are antique pieces that are costly) and supplies then my fee and if you look around I already have very fair pricing if I choose to lower a price I will do so when I see fit. Next if you come to my home to drop off a deposit please remember that it is my home not a showroom the items in my house arent always for sale everything that I am ready to sell is on the site until I am ready to sell more for a reason please remember you are there to discuss your piece. Which leads me to my next issue I dont have time to give you a lesson on how to do my job or teach you how to make chalk paint or how to do a certain technique do you go into the bakery and ask the baker how he makes the bread lol take a class look on youtube nit trying to be rude I just do not have time and you would be surprised how often this happens. Next pick up your furniture once again I work from home so I do not have the room to store completed furniture Im going to have to start taking deposits that will not be returned on all furniture if it is not picked up in a timely manner and I dont want to have to keep peoples deposits or sell their stuff because they didnt pick it up. Finally this is not a yardsale site please dont post on my page it is for my furniture if you would like to sell me a piece message me a picture also I do not follow first interested first person with a deposit or to pick up a piece if not a custom piece gets the furniture so I think I covered all the basis I appreciate all your help with following the rules I enjoy meeting you all and thank you so much for visiting my page and buying from me I know there are many options out there and I am honored please just respect my time I am extremely busy thanks to all of you and want to get your furniture completed as soon as possible and think this will help it run smoothly!!! Whew glad thats over bet you are too lol!!
