So update so far... 1. Next meeting is set for august 9 at 1:00pm. Please let me know of you plan on attending so we can pick a location to meet. Last meeting we had 3 people attend. 2. We are reaching out to different places for details on fundraising opportunities and we will post the dates for them and how many volunteers will be needed for each event. 3. The date is set for June 13,2015 at the inn at reading however we need $250 for the deposit due next Friday to hold the place. We are asking if anyone would be willing to give a portion so we can reach this amount. Any amount of money you give now will be documented and be out towards your ticket price. Please inbox me if you would like to give money now. After next week we will have the exact price for tickets and after we do fundraising events in the fall we will then mail and email out information on how you can purchase your ticket etc. please remember to message me your preference if you want the info via an email address (please remember to give me the email address) or if you want it mailed out.
