CVS PHARMACY PROBLEM / SO I have been with CVS for 13 years now and I get a lot of my prescriptions from the local pharmacy. I have been questioning the pharmacy rewards program ( Why have I not received any of my rewards bucks for my prescriptions ) this has been going one since January, it is now August and I still have not received my pharmacy rewards. I went to the local pharmacy in Riverside and asked the Question again and the women told me to call 1-800- shop - CVS and ask them why. Just as I entered the number in my phone another pharmacist said what is the problem ? I said I have not received any of my rewards for my prescriptions, she said ARE YOU SIGNED UP FOR THE PROGRAM ? I SAID, WHAT PROGRAM! I have been on the buy a prescription and earn money back like for every 2 prescriptions you get a dollar back in rewards. She said, we no longer do that program. We now do buy 10 prescriptions and you get back $5.00 and you need to sign up for it. I said how ? she said to sign my name on the swipe card device but you have to have a prescription to scan, I said ok and signed up. each person in you home that uses you card has to be signed up to receive the rewards.The other pharmacist was not aware of it, I said how long has this been going on and she said about three months. I said how was I suppose to know about this and she pointed to the poster that was on the wall behind me. So I said what about my rewards from January to August ? she said you lose them. I was upset because I had bought at least 50 prescriptions since January. She said to call the Corp. office. So I did and asked to reimburse me for my cash rewards from January, they said they did not know how far they could go back. So if any of you had this problem please respond. STAPLES REWARDS PROGRAM SAME PROBLEM / WHERE ARE MY INK RECYCLING REWARD MONEY $ 2.00 per cartridge.? I went to my STAPLES REWARDS site and looked it up and I had no rewards money for my ink cartridges so I called the 1-800-333-3330 and a young lady answered and we went over my account on line. I said I have recycled 8 cartridges last month and since January I recycled at least 15 more why have I not received any money? she said have you purchased ink in the last 6 months I said yes I purchased ink in Feb, Mar, April , June, July and August she said Oh! I see it you are right but, you have to spend $ 30.00 in ink to receive credit for the recycling. I got really angry because I did buy ink. She said your ink cost ( $ 29.99 ) that is not ( $30.00 ). So of cause I am going to get upset. and then she said you had a coupon for $14.00 so you did not purchase the ink for $ 29.99 you purchased it for $ 15.99. I said to her WHAT A GEMICK YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING SOMETHING AND THEY USE YOU. THIS IS NOT RIGHT SO I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO FACEBOOK THIS AND TELL EVERYONE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. If you feel this way ,please respond because I am going to send this to CVS and STAPLES. This is not fair. my ink is $ 29.99 one cent off and my other ink is $15.00.
