So vacation... Having fun. Everyone is exhausted at night. We pass out. Showering earlier after leaving the pool. Shampoo all in my hair. I hear my sons blood curdling screams and my hubbys freaked out yells. Yell from the shower, WHAT?! What the hell is going on? WHATS HAPPENING?! Bathroom door opens, son, daughter, and husband are in there freaking out. My son was running without his glasses and smacked into a solid wood log bench with tiers with his face. His mouth to be exact. It split open. Rinse the soap off, sort of, and fling the shower open. Blood everywhere. Bark orders at my hubby. Grab a rag. Wet it with cold water. Get some ice. Give him Tylenol. Make him hold ice in the wet rag on his lip. Crisis 1 handled. Lip closed up nicely. Scabbed over. Its big though. Then... Exhausted kids. Bedtime. Tell them to go brush teeth. Son goes in. Finishes. Daughter walks in, son pushes door. Handle cracks her in the face. In the eye. Grab rag, wet it, get ice. Hold it. Crisis 2. Yeah... One split lip and one black eye. Were going to get looks tomorrow. Me... I popped open the Moscato and my strawberries and grapes got drunk. Damn fruit.
