So very disappointed,usually i am all excited about arayah being in the okefenokee pageant, but being i rented a dress from baileys pageant rentals this year, I booked a beautiful dress ONLY to have to put the thing back together to even be worn, its torn,dirty missing buttons and snaps to even hold the thing together, asked for a refund only for her to tell me she dont do refunds she will give me a free rental, so I asked if i could get another dress and have it shipped overnight to be here on time she said yes, but at the last min FRIDAY EVENING she said she couldnt sent it overnight for it cost to much.....REALLY???? It cost to much to rent this mess she sent!!!!! So therefore had to run around and find another dress to rent.....no tears, no stains. I do understand these are rentals and there is some wear and tear but when the dress is completely torn up......yep there is a difference!!!!! stressed!!!should have stuck with the same renter from last year sarah nicoles!!!!! im sure i would not have had these issues!!!!! lesson well learned!!!!never again will i rent from her again!!!!!!!!
