So very saddened this morning to hear of the passing of one of my great heroes. My Grampy (my Moms Dad) passed away peacefully during the night. Although this world had him for 98 years, when its a man of this caliber and character, even that doesnt seem enough. He has been the epitome of faithfulness, a tremendous family man and an amazing Christian! Trips back home will seem incomplete now... While my heart is heavy and the tears flow, I am encouraged to know that he is at peace with his maker and is no longer suffering. Im sure that he had a grand homecoming in Heaven! Im sure that my Daddy was rejoicing when he walked through the pearly gates... And Grammy is once again feeling complete with him by her side! Please be in prayer for our family during this difficult time.
