So very thankful for my love! I know I say it allot but you are never promised tomorrow so I take every chance I get. Next week when she is back in town she is going to stay in once kasia is in bed so I can go to the gym. I love going to the gym but also cherish the couple of hours a day I get with kasia before she goes to bed. Ro is giving me the best of both! My weight is slowly creeping up on me and action now is a must. We are also doing a much needed cabinet clean. No more dairy, processed sugar, processed foods and no more breads..eek. Paleo for those that are familiar. And hopefully a yoga class soon ;)
