So want are all my gorgeous, lovely face book darlings doing on this very cold Sunday in Victoria? I had made some Dutch pea soup called snert. No not snort ! It is a great comfort food and is on top of the Dutch cuisine list for winter. Iam vegan so wont have boere worst farmers sauces, or Rook Worst smoked sausage. I am a vegan so I made the sausages from tofu, and vegetable protein in mixed with herbs..tastes the same as boere worst my friends say and cant taste the difference. Of course I will prepare afternoon coffee with some delicious cake . I am working like mad as in four weeks time my draft manuscript has to be ready for print. There will be a big party when 40.000 copies of VERTREK are printed ...in the mean time Iam in my warm cozy library with Ela Fitzgerald as company.
