So...was at the chiropractor yesterday, and I saw something that...well is something that I would expect to see at Wal Mart this lady apparently rolled right out of bed put on her bath rob and went to the hospital. WTF... at least get dressed, it would seem that the world has gotten into a state of laziness that it cant get out of. In non related news I was feeling good today (since my foot surgery) and went for a run, however it may have been a little too soon, hope I didnt screw it up, think I will be ok in the morning though.
