So we finally spoke with the cardiac surgeon about 5 pm tonight. Surgery has been postponed until Monday. He would like to give the antibiotics a few more days to work on the infection and make sure it is all clear before working on his heart. He did say we are looking at 4 bypasses and about a 4 hour surgery. So now we sit and wait the next 4 days until we can get this process moving forward once again. Going to be a long weekend.
