So we got a new tv for Christmas that hadnt quite found its home in.ours yet, today Hubby devides we will switch out old old tv in his man room for one in.living room, then new one will go in living room. After an hour of moving stuff to get to necessary stuff, switching them out, attaching appropriate connections, having no signal in lr, a signal for five mins in man room despite its b&w, thirty mins with Cox on the phone at first for assistance then when cable went out and he said oh you have a balance due, a huge fight. I did finally get a really nice young lady on the phone who unfortunately had to hear most of my ire, I apologized to her as it wasnt her fault, she understood, was awesome and very helpful. Ok point is Cox has a Loyalty dept, wth! Im so on it with them tomorrow at the insistent urging of the very nice Alecia who certainly wanted me to tell them every grievance of my ridiculous bill and my continued 13years of LOYAL service that they thank me for every time I call . Next point we have a service guy coming out tomorrow because I am currently watching PBS becuz we have a cable issue aka no canle signal. Lol Jackson said Im sorry honey just thought wed switch out the tvs, no big deal yep no sweat.
