So we had our consultation with our Dr in Seattle about the new T-cell therapy and unfortunately at this moment Lukas does not qualify :( Lukas has been on an anti seizure medicine for these small episodes and due to this he does not qualify at the moment. So we have decided to take him off the medicine and observe him over the next 4 weeks and if he has no seizure/episodes then he will then qualify and i will need to make the decision of whether or not to go on the study. There is a risk that the episodes/ seizures could become worse. At this point in time we want to be on the study! I feel that this is the best course and at this time the only option. So please pray that he does not have any seizure activity over the next 4 weeks, even better none ever again! We have been waiting for thia trial for 3 years and to have it not be an option will be devastating!!
