So we have been looking at the hotel situation ... and there are two schools of thought (excuse the pun). We have narrowed the choices down to two hotels. Paris Las Vegas, a centrally located, decent hotel with room rates that start around $125 per night for a modest room (320 sq. ft.) or the Palazzo also located on the strip with room rates that start around $310 per night for a suite (smallest is 720 sq. ft.). So the schools of thought are this, the Paris Las Vegas is great for couples looking to book a room for themselves or maybe two people looking to share as the rooms are small. The Palazzo is great for having multiple people share a suite, most have living rooms and two bathrooms. Depending on what all of us are looking to do (i.e. travel with spouses or bunk with class mates) neither is a bad choice heck some may even choose to bunk with spouse and classmates (I am not here to judge lol). Regardless of what suits whom it is time to make decisions though!!!! SO what we need from all in the mass group that are seriously thinking on coming is what is your preference? Lower cost smaller room or higher cost sharing situation (which possibly makes it cheaper)? There isnt a huge ask from the hotels on size of party we need to qualify for their group rates but the earlier we commit the better the rate will be and that will mean people committing to hotel rooms ... it is time to commit to going or not going. The more is always the merrier. I think for most of us it is easier to make the decision if we know other people are going to be there to laugh with!!!
